Q: I lost my registration key/serial number. How can I get a new one?
A: If you are a registered user, please e-mail us with your full name, e-mail address used to register the product, and the order number if it is available.
Q: I haven't received my registration information yet.
A: Orders will be fulfilled by the end of the business day during which they are placed, in most cases. Orders that are flagged with a fraud alert by our e-commerce partner may be subject to delayed processing. In this case, it may take up to 48 hours to receive your registration information. If this time period has elapsed, the e-mail may have been mistakenly marked as "spam" by your e-mail client. If you still are unable to locate the message, please contact us for further assistance.
Q: Do I have to order online?
A: No. If you do not wish to order online, you may order by phone by calling 1-800-WWW-2REG or 1-800-999-2734. Outside of the U.S., you can call +1 719 576-0123. You may also fax your order to +1 (719) 623-0399. Be sure to include your e-mail address, phone number and the program you are ordering.
Q: What kinds of payment are accepted?
A: Our transaction processor, Reg.Net, accepts all forms of payment, including most credit cards. The following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Novus (Discover), and Diner's Club. For high ticket items (over $100), Reg.Net can issue an invoice against a purchase order for payment by check or credit card. Reg.Net also accepts money orders or checks (payable to Reg.Net).
